Marina Torpedo Rijeka

Near port and shipyard in Rijeka we have buildings for renting. It has area of 35.000 sqm and is situated by Milutin Barač street and has entries for trucks on side walls of the building. If needed it is possible to make more openings on the buliding toward the street.
The production of «Torpedo» tractors has been done there before. There are all infructructural connections including water, electricity, rail track. The inner height is 8 – 12 m what is appropriate for various types of storages .

The halls are located next to the coast, the length of in 350 meters. Because of its location, the halls are very  suitable  for the accommodation of ships (yachts, sails, etc.). For this reason, we plan to equip these halls for Berths  (storage in hangar) . We seek business partners who are interested in rental space for the purpose have this.
