Construction land

We have construction lands on several location in Croatia:

1.  ZAGREB – 23.000 sqm of construction land at location Zagrebačka cesta and D. Golika street, wider center of Zagreb – Trešnjevka. Land allocation: housing-business. Distance to public transport means: 20 m to bus, and 300 m to tram
2.  SAMOBOR – 8.000 sqm of construction land assigned for housing purpose, Mirnovečka street.

3.  ZAPREŠIĆ, Pojatno – 100.000 sqm of land appropriate for building of logistic terminal. There is a possibility of extending to 200.000 sqm.

4.  JASTREBARSKO – 58.000 sqm of land appropriate for housing/business premises. Possibility of building the residential settlement, shopping or logistic center.

5.  DUGO SELO – 4.000 sqm of land assigned for housing purpose, Sajmišna street.
The construction works at a.m. locations will be started after issuing all necessary permits and licenses.
